6:1 Student to Instructor Ratio

This one day, 8 hour course covers the following;

• Rifle Mechanics (ready positions, reloads, malfunctions)

• Pistol Mechanics (fundamentals, draw stroke, reloads)

• Shooting While Moving Forward

• Shooting While Moving Laterally

• Target Transitions

• Information Processing Drills

• Shot Cadence

TAKEAWAY’S INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Finding the best gait as an individual in regards to weapon stability while moving

• Integration of cognitive processing while shooting

• Setting realistic goals and expectations for individual performance
